Hi Friend,

Thank you for making something for the Fun-A-Day show! The submission deadline for the show is February 6th, which means you should drop off your work or make alternate submission plan with us by that date. We will show ALL the work we receive as long as it pertains to the theme of the show and is appropriate for an all ages event. If you would like to perform part of your project at the show, please let us know by February 6th.

We are also having a reading event this year from 4 to 6pm on Saturday, February 13th at Studio 34. This is specifically to allow folks whose projects involve writing to do readings from their Fun-A-Day projects. Please note that excerpts from projects that involved music or performance art are also welcome, but we would prefer that those performances took place during the main show from 7 to 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. There are a couple things we need with your submission, they are:

• An artist's statement which should include: your name, title, medium used and any other information you feel is pertinent.
• A disclaimer which will be available at the drop-off date, or if you are mailing your entry, you can use the Printable Version and mail it in (your art will not be displayed without a disclaimer!).

How To Submit Your Work

• Drop it off between 2 and 4 pm on Saturday, February 6th to 4830 Walton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143. Take the stairs on the side of the house to the basement apartment. Call 848-250-1375 with any questions. Due to snow forecast, an additional drop-off date has been scheduled on Monday Feb. 8 from 12-5pm & 6-8pm at the address above.
• Mail it to us: Artclash Collective, 4830 Walton Avenue, Apartment 1, Philadelphia, PA 19143. Please send your mail with signature confirmation so the post office doesn't leave it on the doorstep. We cannot be held responsible for packages left on the doorstep! We should receive your art by February 7th, but if you think it is going to be late (ie: you live far away and it would cost you a ton of money to get it to us on time), please contact us to give us an idea of when your project will arrive and how big it is. And don't forget to send it with a DISCLAIMER!
• Make an alternate plan with us. We're really nice and accommodating and we'll probably even come to your house to pick it up if that's what it takes. Contact us to make a plan.
