Hi Friend,

Thank you for making something for the Fun-A-Day in the Bay show! The submission deadline for the show is February 4th at 2pm, which means you should drop off your work or make alternate submission plan with us by that date. We will show ALL the work we receive as long as it pertains to the theme of the show, it is appropriate for an all ages event and it is received by the deadline. If you would like to perform part of your project at the show, please let us know by February 4th.

All projects must be submitted with:

• A disclaimer which will be available at the drop-off date, you can also use the Printable Version (your art will not be displayed without a disclaimer!).

How To Submit Your Work

• Drop it off on Wednesday, February 3rd, between 3:30 and 7 pm or on Thursday, February 4th between 10am and 2pm at Rock Paper Scissors, 2278 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA
• Mail it to: Artclash West, c/o Rock Paper Scissors, 2278 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA, 94612. We must receive your project by Thursday, February 4th for inclusion in the show. And don't forget to send it with a DISCLAIMER!
• Make an alternate plan with us. Email to make that plan.
